Location: on sole of foot, between 2nd and 3rd metatarsal bones, approx. one 3rd of distance between base of 2nd toe and heel, in a depression formed when foot is plantar flexed

KI 2 (rangu)

clear Kidney Fire, genital itch, uterine prolapse, irregular menses, seminal emission, coughing blood, diarrhea, local pain

Location: on medial side of foot, distal and inferior to medial malleolus, in depression distal and inferior to navicular tuberosity

Tonify Kidney Yin/clear Heat, invigorates Yang, irregular menses, asthma, insomnia, impotence, urinary frequency, back pain

Location: in depression between medial malleolus and achilles tendon, level with the prominence of the medial malleolus
