At our recent Acubalance team meeting we were discussing how some women feel terrible when the baby turns, especially if turning later in the pregnancy (>35 weeks). It is a good idea to share this with the women so they do not panic if they start to feel very nauseas, or even diarrhea. It is not common, but it can happen. I had a breech client just today share with me how she felt off and nauseas after her treatment last week. She also felt something was changing with her baby's position. A few hours later she felt great again The next day she had her ultra sound and the baby had turned head down (at 36 weeks).

So it may be a good idea to let them know how they may feel if the baby turns, although it is not common.
