Location: midway between the anus & scrotum

Ren 2 (qugu)

intersection of LR

warms Yang & KI, regulates menses, stops leukorrhea

Location: on the midline, at the upper border of the pubic symphysis, 5 cun below the umbilicus.

Ren 3 (zhongji)

Alarm Mu of BL, intersection of Liver Kidney SP

BL problems (w/ Bladder 60), regulates LR, warms KI, irregular menses

Location: 1 cun superior to qugu

Ren 4 (guanyuan)

Location: above the chin in the depression in the center of the mentolabial groove.
